Woodbridge - Mat Pilates Intermediate

Designed for individuals without injuries, this class is perfect for those who want to incorporate Pilates into their weekly routine, as well as experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice.

 

Each session is thoughtfully structured to improve your understanding of the key elements of the Pilates repertoire.
