Private and Semi-private sessions

1:1 Private session

Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, managing a medical condition, or an experienced exerciser looking to enhance stability and muscular balance, these sessions are tailored to support your unique needs.

A Fitness Screening & Postural Assessment is required to personalize your exercises and help you develop a deeper understanding of Pilates principles and techniques for a safer and more effective practice.

1:2 Semi-private session

With a maximum of 2 students per session, this small group setting allows you to explore and learn different movement techniques while training with the support and attention needed for a safe, effective, and enjoyable practice.

​

A Fitness Screening & Postural Assessment is required before joining group classes. This ensures exercises are tailored to your body and helps build a strong foundation in Pilates principles and techniques.

1:3 Functional Strength

We all need to challenge our bodies to become as stronger and resilient as we can be.

​

This practice will increase your confidence, strength and balance to prepare you for the next walk in the park or adventure without the fear of feeling that your body is not up to the task.

​

A friendly class for beginner to intermedia students.

Pilates, Functional Training, and Strength and Conditioning circuit based program.
