Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, managing a medical condition, or an experienced exerciser looking to enhance stability and muscular balance, these sessions are tailored to support your unique needs.

A Fitness Screening & Postural Assessment is required to personalize your exercises and help you develop a deeper understanding of Pilates principles and techniques for a safer and more effective practice.

Online1:3 Semi-private session

With a maximum of 3 students per session, this small group setting allows you to explore and learn different movement techniques while training with the support and attention needed for a safe, effective, and enjoyable practice.

A Fitness Screening & Postural Assessment is required before joining group classes. This ensures exercises are tailored to your body and helps build a strong foundation in Pilates principles and techniques.
